The Imserso trips for the 2026-2027 season are still available for booking during the campaign, even after the initial sales days held in September.
The program offers this season 879,213 places spread across trips to the mainland coast, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands, in addition to cultural circuits, nature tourism, provincial capitals, and getaways to Ceuta and Melilla.
For those who did not secure their desired destination during the initial marketing days, there is an important piece of information: a sold-out spot may become available again.
Imserso itself explains that cancellations, modifications, and withdrawals continuously create new availabilities that return to the reservation system.
How to search for available places at Imserso now
Starting from September 19, 2026, accredited individuals can reserve any unmarketed spots, regardless of the provincial quota that affected the initial days of sales.
Sales continue throughout the season as long as there are available spots.
The trips for peninsular coast and getaway tourism are managed by Turismo Social and can be consulted and booked at Turismo Social.
The destinations of Baleares and Canarias correspond to Mundicolor and can be consulted at Mundicolor.
It is also possible to make a reservation in person at the authorized partner travel agencies of the program.
To make an online reservation, you need the ID card and the accreditation code included in the letter sent by Imserso. At a partner agency, simply presenting the ID card is sufficient.
If you can't find a place, it's advisable to search again
Not finding a available trip today does not necessarily mean that destination is closed for the entire season.
Canceled reservations return to the system and may result in available spots on dates or destinations that were previously fully booked.
For this reason, those with flexible dates can periodically check the websites of Turismo Social or Mundicolor and also consult with partner agencies.
Availability changes in real time, so it's not reliable to use a fixed number of available spots for the entire season.
How much do Imserso trips cost in 2026-2027?

In the peninsular coast —Andalusia, Catalonia, Region of Murcia, and Valencian Community— with transportation included, a stay of 10 days and 9 nights costs 309.22 euros in the low season and 409.22 euros in the high season.
The stay of 8 days and 7 nights costs 244.04 euros during the regular season and 344.04 euros during the high season.

The 8-day, 7-night trip costs 378.75 euros during the regular season and 478.75 euros during the peak season.
Without transportation, the prices are 270.39 euros for 10 days and 224.28 euros for 8 days, before applying the additional charge for high season.
How much do the circuits and getaways cost?
The program also offers options for those who prefer to travel through cities or engage in cultural tours instead of staying several days in a coastal area.
The cultural circuits of six days and five nights cost 312.51 euros in the off-season and 412.51 euros in peak season.
The five-day, four-night nature tourism trips cost 305.75 euros, or 405.75 euros with a peak season surcharge.
The provincial capitals, with four days and three nights, start at 132.91 euros and go up to 232.91 euros during peak season.
Trips to Ceuta or Melilla, lasting five days and four nights, cost 305.75 euros during the low season and 405.75 euros during the high season.
Which months are peak season?
The peak season varies depending on the destination.
For trips to the Península and Balearic Islands, a supplement applies during October, May, and June.
In Canarias, the high season corresponds to December, January, and February.
On getaway tourism trips, the surcharge also applies in October, May, and June.
The second trip costs 100 euros more
Those who take more than one trip within the Imserso Tourism Program during the same season should consider another cost.
Starting from the second trip, a supplement of 100 euros will be added.
The surcharge applies regardless of whether the new trip is to a different destination, belongs to another batch, or has a different duration.
Imserso trips for 50 euros: who can get them
The 2026-2027 season has a special rate for pensioners with lower incomes.
Imserso has reserved 7,447 places at a price of 50 euros for individuals whose economic resources are equal to or less than the amount of non-contributory pensions for retirement or incapacity and who have achieved the highest scores in the evaluation criteria.
It is not a fee that can be freely requested when making the reservation.
The right to this reduction is indicated in the letter of accreditation of the beneficiary and applies to a single trip, in the destination area listed in that accreditation.
What is usually included in the price?
The official prices include accommodation in a shared double room.
They also include full board, except for trips to provincial capitals, which are offered on a half-board basis.
Transportation is included when specified by the modality. It is not included for trips to provincial capitals.
The program also includes a group insurance policy and, for coastal trips, supplemental health assistance and sociocultural activities.
How much does a single room cost?
Those who wish to use a single room, provided there is availability, must pay an additional charge per night.
The surcharge is 22 euros per night in the Balearic Islands and along the peninsular coast, 24 euros in the Canary Islands, and 26 euros for getaway tourism trips.
Who can travel with Imserso
The program is not solely based on age.
Residents in Spain who are retirement pensioners of the Spanish public system can participate, among other groups.
Widows' pensioners aged 55 or older can also do this; pensioners from other categories and recipients of unemployment benefits or aid aged 60 or older; and insured individuals or beneficiaries of the Social Security system aged 65 or older.
There are also provisions for Spanish citizens residing abroad and returning emigrants who meet the established requirements.
The companion does not need to be a pensioner
A credentialed individual may travel accompanied by their spouse, civil partner, or person with whom they maintain a stable union analogous to marriage, without that companion needing to meet the age or pension requirements imposed on the holder.
Children of the beneficiary with a disability of 45% or greater may also accompany them, under the conditions established by the program.
Users and their companions, with the exceptions provided for children with disabilities, must be able to take care of themselves to carry out the basic activities of daily life.
Can you travel with a pet?
The program allows for the possibility of traveling with pets on certain trips to mainland coast and island coast.
The reservation is subject to availability, and the pet cannot be considered dangerous or exceed 10 kilograms including the carrier.
The costs generated by the animal during transportation or accommodation are the responsibility of the traveler.
What if you are not accredited yet?
To book a trip for the 2026-2027 season now, it is necessary to be accredited by Imserso.
The regular period for new applications took place between June 22 and July 10, 2026, and is currently marked as closed in the Electronic Headquarters.
Imserso has stated in its frequently asked questions that another period for new applications may open later, which will be officially announced.
Those who were already accredited from previous seasons did not have to submit a new application, unless they needed to update their information.
Where to check for new positions available
For trips to the mainland coast, cultural circuits, nature, provincial capitals, Ceuta, and Melilla, seats can be checked on Turismo Social.
For Baleares and Canarias, reservations are managed through Mundicolor.
You can also consult the collaborating agencies from the official page of the Imserso Tourism Program.
As cancellations return spots to circulation, those with flexibility in destination and dates can find new opportunities, even if the trip they were looking for initially appeared to be fully booked.
