A Cuban delivery driver from Amazon has gone viral on social media after a security camera captured the moment she threw a package in front of a house door, while cursing and warning the recipient to complain to the company if the contents were damaged.
The video, shared on TikTok by the account @dainaris6, has garnered over 267,000 views and has sparked numerous reactions among users who question the worker's attitude, while others express understanding of the demands of the job.
The recording, captured by a Ring camera at 6:44 in the morning, shows the woman arriving at the entrance of an apartment complex with a white bag in her hand.
As he approaches a red door, he throws the package to the ground carelessly and expresses his displeasure with curse words. He also warns that if the contents are damaged, the recipient should contact Amazon directly.
"She was in a bad mood," says the text overlay on the post, which has sparked a debate about the deliverer's behavior.
While some users find it unacceptable to handle someone else's package in that manner, others point to the fatigue and stress that those making deliveries during long work hours may experience.
The video has also recalled other stories of Cubans working as Amazon delivery drivers who have gained popularity on social media, though for very different reasons.
In August 2026, Cuban Yaime Moreno went viral after confessing her greatest fear during deliveries: tripping in front of the customers' security cameras.
Also, Anthony Eduardo Pi Vila, known as "Bota Compota," took social media by storm with his antics and songs while delivering packages.
On this occasion, however, the protagonist has drawn attention for an attitude that has sparked criticism and comments from those who believe that, no matter how exhausting a workday may be, packages should be delivered with care and respect for the customers.
