A Cuban content creator has caught attention on TikTok after sharing three psychological tricks that she claims can help a woman get what she wants from her partner without receiving a "no" as an answer.

The TikToker, known as Liz and identified on the platform as @liz110622, explained in a video three strategies that, according to her, can help women get what they want from a man.

"It's not manipulation, it's a psychological trick to protect your interests as a woman," she stated in the description of her post.

The first of her tips is to provide two options instead of asking a question that could be answered with a "no." For example, if a woman wants to go out to dinner with her partner, Liz recommends asking whether they would prefer to do it on Friday or Saturday, assuming that they will go out together.

"You will mention to him if you want to go eat, when you want to go eat, do you want to go on Friday or do you want to go on Saturday?" explained the Cuban, confident that the man would end up choosing one of the two options.

The second trick involves making a request that is likely to be denied first, and then presenting what is actually desired.

To illustrate this, Liz used the example of asking her partner to accompany her to get her nails done and to stay there for the entire appointment. In response to a possible refusal, she recommends making a second request, which would be her true objective.

"Come, take me to get my nails done and stay here with me. He'll look, he'll say no, but if you always go alone to get your nails done, the second option you give him is what you really want," she explained.

Her third piece of advice is to praise the man before asking him for something. According to the creator, making the partner feel valued increases the chances of receiving a positive response.

"You are going to thank that man for always being so thoughtful, and then you're going to tell him exactly what you want. No one is going to say no to you after you've given them such a nice compliment," she assured.

The Cuban ended her video by encouraging her followers to put these strategies into practice: "Learn to use reverse psychology and you'll see how you can achieve absolutely everything without lifting a finger."

It’s not the first time that Liz shares advice on romantic relationships. In August 2025, she revealed a trick based on silence to keep a man constantly thinking about a woman.

A month later, she shared another strategy to make a man fear losing his partner, based on projecting independence and personal security.

In December of that same year, the creator generated controversy with her statements about women who propose marriage to their partners, stating that a woman «sacrifices her dignity» when she takes that step without the man having shown an intention to marry.
