A movie-like reunion! After five years, two months, and two days apart, a Cuban couple found themselves face to face at an airport, marking an emotional moment filled with hugs, kisses, and immense happiness.

The thrilling moment was captured in a video shared on TikTok by the account @rodo_0606, where you can see the young man walking through the airport facilities until he finally meets his partner.

As soon as they see each other, they merge into a long embrace, kiss, and he ends up lifting her in his arms, while another person records the long-awaited reunion. A scene filled with emotion after so many years of being unable to hug each other.

"Reunion after 5 years, 2 months, and 2 days," the protagonist himself wrote about the images, emphasizing how much time had passed since the last time they were together.

Although the publication does not specify at which airport the meeting took place or the reasons for the prolonged separation, the images show the couple's joy at being reunited.

Reunions between Cubans who have been separated for years have also featured in other emotional stories on social media. In December 2024, a Cuban woman had a passionate reunion with her husband in the United States, where he awaited her with balloons.

Most recently, in September, a Cuban returned to the island after four years of absence and was part of another emotional reunion. In early October, a Cuban woman also surprised her loved ones by returning to Cuba after five years.
