A Cuban experienced one of the most exciting moments of his life by traveling to Cuba and meeting his daughter in person after 17 years. The emotional reunion, shared on TikTok, has touched thousands of users on social media.

"After 17 long years, I am meeting my daughter. I tremble with nerves and joy, the love of my life," wrote the protagonist alongside the video, expressing the emotion he felt upon finally reuniting with his daughter.

The post, shared on October 7 from the TikTok account @elnarra80.7, known as "El Narra," had garnered almost 58,000 views, nearly 3,000 likes, and over 430 comments at the time the news was written.

The images add to other stories of Cuban families who have experienced emotional reunions after long periods of separation.

Recently, a Cuban returned to the island unexpectedly and surprised his daughter at school, creating another moment that thrilled social media users.

In July, a young Cuban also shared her heartbreaking reunion with her father after 17 years of not seeing him and 12 years without returning to Cuba.

Stories like these reflect the emotional impact of family separation between Cubans living inside and outside the island. In this instance, the words of "El Narra" capture the joy of a father who, after 17 years, was finally able to meet face to face with his daughter.
