Rachel Arderi reignited the debate on social media this Thursday by posting a video from the exclusive Amangiri resort in Utah, where she appears from behind, draped in a turquoise blue cloak. However, what seemed like another stunning snapshot from her vacation quickly sparked a new controversy: followers were quick to point out the resemblance to a recent post from La Dura.
The carousel of photos and videos was published by the Cuban influencer with the phrase "For a thousand more years together...", in the context of the anniversary trip she is sharing with her husband, the singer Oniel Bebeshito.
The trigger for the comparison was a reel by Diliamne Jouve, known as La Dura, published days earlier, in which she is also seen from behind, wearing a long white dress and a headdress with black fringes, accompanied by the text "Keep working because the next trip is more expensive."
Although the outfits are different, both publications share a similar composition: a woman seen from behind, a striking wardrobe, and a luxurious setting.
The influencer Un Martí To Durako was the one who added fuel to the fire by sharing screenshots of both posts on Instagram to highlight their similarities. And, as expected, internet users didn't take long to draw conclusions.
"Ah, well, as soon as I saw the first photos, I said, 'Martí is taking it slow because the photocopier has started,'" commented a follower. Another was even more direct: "One wants to defend her, but she just doesn't cooperate. Let's be clear: La Dura is La Dura."
Jokes were also prevalent. "La Rache is a photocopier," "La Dura buys expensive and copies it on Temu," and "Both of them copy me. A few days ago, I went out with a cloth like this on my head," were some of the remarks that brought laughter among users.
But not everyone was willing to accept that Rachel was copying La Dura. Several internet users came to her defense and pointed out that neither of them invented this type of photography.
"Oh, gentlemen, neither of them invented that. In any case, they're copying from international influencers," pointed out one user. Another directly questioned the comparisons: "I suppose this is a fashion style created by La Dura, right? With this tendency to always make it seem like the other is copying when those outfits La Dura wears are clearly taken from other influencers who are indeed international. But they don't mention that. Anyway, the hypocrisy."
There were also those who took the opportunity to bring up the eternal rivalry between the fan communities of both Cuban artists. "Rachel almost reaches in three hours the number of comments and likes that La Dura gets in a week. Well, the numbers speak for themselves," wrote one internet user, while another responded that Rachel's post had greater visibility because she had tagged Bebeshito.
Amidst the comparison war, some followers called for an end to a rivalry that, at least publicly, seems to be fueled more by comments than by the protagonists themselves.
"I love how people get so worked up in the comments here. Diliamne spent over 30 thousand dollars on that trip and is planning another one, while Rachel is enjoying her vacation and working hard on her new project. And you, the ones arguing here, can’t even pay next month's rent because you spend all day online. You all need to stop and let others live," expressed a user.
Another summarized it with a striking phrase: "Keep talking, while the two of them enjoy their best moments and live life."
This episode is not the first: the comparisons between Rachel and La Dura have been repeating since at least 2025, always following the same pattern. In March 2026, Rachel posed with a snake, and weeks later La Dura published photos with a white viper, turning the accusation around.
In August, a pink look from Rachel was closely followed by an appearance from La Dura in a very similar outfit. This week, Rachel also posted another carousel with an orange outfit and the message "I know very well what I am," which also sparked comments comparing her to La Dura.
The truth is that Rachel and La Dura continue to enjoy their travels, their looks, and their respective romantic relationships, while their followers turn each new photograph into a competition to decide who sets the trend and who is following in the other's footsteps.
