The Cuban actress Heydy González shared a reel on her Instagram account this Monday showcasing the transformation of the living room in her new home, and she couldn't hide her excitement at the result: “Where there used to be an empty wall, today there is another piece of our dream come true.”
The video shows the first room of the house fully decorated, a significant milestone for the family after the property was presented almost empty to their followers.
"Seeing how our little house is taking shape brings an emotion that I can't even explain... because behind every corner there is hope and much love," González wrote alongside the images.
The actress thanked the company behind the project, La Casa Nueva Store, which she credited with bringing their vision to life: “Thank you for this beautiful work and for turning our ideas into this result that has us in love.”
At the end of the post, Heydy invited her followers to share their thoughts: “What do you think of the transformation of our living room? I’m reading your comments.”
The house was bought by the actress and her partner, singer Eddy Borges, at the end of August 2026. The property, located in Cutler Bay, in Miami-Dade County, was publicly announced on August 30 with a photo of the couple alongside Heydy's daughter, Galilea.
The house features an open-concept kitchen with white cabinets, a central island, stainless steel appliances, a master bathroom with double sinks, and a garage with space for three vehicles, as well as room to build a pool.
However, the first tours of the property revealed it to be completely empty, and the couple joked in September that they had spent all their money on the purchase and had none left for furniture.
This Monday's post marks, therefore, one of the areas of the house that transitions from illusion to concrete result: the transformed living room they envisioned from the very beginning.
