Ingredients:
4 large eggplants salt and pepper 100 grams of grated cheese 4 eggs 1 small cup of milk, oregano, and ground chili
Instructions:
Wash the eggplants, dry them, and peel them. Cut them into small cubes, sauté them in a little oil, remove from heat and add the cheese. Season. Grease a baking dish. Beat the eggs with the small cup of milk. Add the oregano and ground chili. Pour the mixture over the eggplants already arranged in the baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven for approximately 20 minutes.
