A vehicle overturned on Sunday morning on the median of Vía Blanca, the road that connects the Cuban capital with Varadero.
A video shared by Facebook user Michell Vega reports on the unfortunate event, in which apparently there were no human casualties.
The internet user stated that the accident occurred at the entrance of Boca, although without specifying whether it was in the town of Boca de Camarioca, in Matanzas, or Boca Ciega, in Havana, both of which are crossed by Vía Blanca.
The vehicle, a small panel truck commonly used in Cuba to transport goods or to transport personnel, ended up overturned on its side, and at the edges of the road, the presence of police and other individuals could be seen, presumably the occupants of the crashed car.
At the end of this note, there are no further details about this unfortunate accident.
This Sunday, two Moskvitch brand cars suffered significant damage after colliding head-on on the Central Highway of Cuba.
Two identical vehicles facing each other a few meters from the dividing line between Matanzas and Mayabeque, on the Central Highway. There were injured people," wrote user Raciel García in the Facebook group "BUS & TRUCK ACCIDENTS for more experience and fewer victims!"
Although no information is provided about the injured individuals, the shared images show a strong collision, as evidenced by the damages observed in the front part of the vehicles.
In El Vedado, two cars collided in the capital and were seriously damaged by the impact last Saturday.
Apparently, the vehicles were driven by a Cuban military officer and a person serving the diplomatic corps accredited in Cuba, although this information could not be confirmed.
