The Cuban content creator Laura, known on social media as @laura_viviendo_al_dia, shared a video that has created a buzz among her followers by showing how she and her family managed to sell pork panadas in Mexico.

The young woman explained that they prepared the pig in the early hours of the morning at their home and, at first light, transported it through the streets of Huehuetoca, a town in the State of Mexico, near Hidalgo. They used a roaster with wheels that made the journey easier.

"We sold it out completely. It was something that caught a lot of attention here in Mexico, and of course, Cubans also came by to eat," Laura excitedly shared in her post.

The video showcases the traditional way Cubans roast pork —a deeply rooted custom in family and New Year celebrations on the Island— but now adapted to the Mexican context, where it has piqued the curiosity of many neighbors.

The initiative not only highlights the ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit of emigrated Cubans but also their ability to keep their culinary traditions alive, even far from home.
