Fish marinade

Ingredients:
3 pounds of saw, needle, overalls, bonito, etc. 1 cup of wheat flour 1 cup of oil 2 onions 2 chilies ½ cup olives, capers, onions, cucumber or other pickle 1 tbsp. of salt ½ tsp. of pepper ½ tsp. paprika oil and vinegar, in equal parts until covered
Instructions:
Cut the clean, scaled fish into rounds. Wrap it in flour and fry in hot oil. After frying the fish, lightly fry the onions cut into rounds and the chili peppers cut into strips in the same oil. Put the fried fish, onions, chili peppers, olives, salt, pepper and paprika in a earthenware or clay container with a lid. Cover everything with equal parts oil and vinegar. Leave it in brine for at least 7 days.
