The Domestic Trade authorities had the idea of holding a parade with designs inspired by the products sold in the network of Cuban stores.

"Osito brand compote", "Cuban ice cream" and even a "shocking" chicken salad paraded down the catwalk.

The Osito compote model was one of the most criticized, due to the crude aesthetics of the drawing on the skin and a box of compotes on the head.

Here we leave you the original images of the inaugural parade of the event, which will take place until February 22 at the Cultural Station on Linea and 18, in Havana.

This meeting welcomes dozens of business entities, institutions and new economic actors on the island, as disclosed by the MINCIN on its Facebook page.

The MINCIN did not reveal details about who designed the suits, it only shared the images, but Internet users did not forgive the initiative, which is quite provocative in the midst of the food crisis and the shortage of basic products that the island's inhabitants are going through.

The design contributes to reaffirming the stereotypes that Cuba is tobacco, rum and women.
It shows construction materials that are almost non-existent in the country.
