Cuban police officers brutally beat the driver of a motorcycle that was traveling on a road in Havana, while his companion looked on, who could not help but be astonished.
"With this level of police brutality, the royal government begins in Cuba in 2024. This small sample was on the highway from San Antonio de los Baños to Havana," said the userMario Felix Leonard on social network X.
The video was recorded by another driver who witnessed the chase and the subsequent police attack. You can see the moment when the police patrol runs over the motorcycle.
The driver and his passenger fall on the side of the road. Immediately the agents get out of the car and begin to hit the moped driver.
The passenger of the motorcycle manages to stand up but appears disoriented and surprised by the police violence that his colleague is suffering.
The reasons that gave rise to this violent event are unknown, but it is evident that the police endangered the physical integrity of the two people on the motorcycle.
Therepression and police violence grow in Cuba, despite the fact that the government wants to make the people believe that these are media campaigns to discredit its management.
