A group of Cubans showed through a video that circulates on social networks the conditions in which they live while they wait for their appointment.CBP One.

Although they did not specify the city in which they are located, the Cubans showed the small room in which they stay, in which they have their beds, personal belongings and even cook.

“We cook here, we live here, with food, we cook. “We are making the meat,” said one of the migrants who also showed the distribution of the small space.

In the comments section of the publication shared by the journalistMario Vallejo on his Facebook profile, people also made their reflections on this video.

“They are there for a purpose, but the truth is that they are better than here a thousand times and when they get to the place there is no way to talk, blessings,” said one person, apparently a resident of Cuba.

Another person agreed with the previous criterion and also added that “I hope they arrive and begin to fight for their future with optimism, not like many who arrive and what they do is complain and deny this country,” referring to the United States.

People also showed their satisfaction because although in a small space, these three Cubans have conditions that are not currently achieved in Cuba.

On the other hand, last Friday theMexican authorities detained six Cuban migrants who were abandoned on a bus in Moloacán, a municipality in the state of Veracruz.

The Cubans were part of a group of 313 people (173 men, 77 women and 63 minors) from, in addition to Cuba, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Bangladesh, China, Ecuador and Nicaragua.

The United States has confirmed the arrival of more than 400,000 Cubans to its southern border since January 2022.
