The Santiago de Cuba police forcibly removed a woman from the José Martí polyclinic.mentally disabled lady who required medical attention, during the night of this Saturday.
The incident occurred in the José Martí Urban Center of the eastern city in which the woman became aggressive when she realized thatdid not receive medical attention, denounced the communicator Yosmany Mayeta inFacebook.
“People from the hospital institution called law enforcement, whoThey physically attacked the lady”, he warned in the publication.
In the video you can see the woman asking to see the referral to where she is being taken, but both the police and the health personnel refuse to tell her.
“At the end of this unfortunate event,the police choose to beat her inside a small office to try to immobilize her, thinking that no one would see or record this painful scene that, thank God, we can see today and be reported by our page," the communicator warned.
Mayeta demanded that the leaders and the political police of Santiago de Cuba “take action on the matter and thisact of aggression "Do not go unpunished and the aggressor agents pay for the act committed."
In addition, he demanded that it be revealed where the woman is and what her health condition is.
