Amanda continues to progress progressively after being taken to the operating room up to three times to solve various problems that occurred after surgery.

"I think that Now we are going forward and without stopping", expressed Milagros Ortiz, the girl's mother, optimistically at the end of April.

In the last 15 days Amanda has shown gradual improvement, after weeks in which They had to give him several blood transfusions and perform a bile drainage, since he had a large amount of bile thrown into his side and was bleeding.

He is now eating solid foods and has an appetite, thanks to which he has gained weight, his spirits are good, and his eyes are no longer yellow.

The minor is admitted to the La Paz Hospital, in Madrid. His stay there will take an indefinite time due to the great deterioration he suffered upon arriving in Spain, which astonished the doctors, who said "precious time" had been lost.
