Susana Pérez is celebrating her birthday this May 25th, and she spent the day at the theater, amidst the applause of the audience and her colleagues.
After a performance at the Asturian Center of Tampa featuring the play "Intimate Enemies" alongside Irela Bravo, Beatriz Valdés, and Marisol Correa, everyone present sang "Happy Birthday" to her.
"Last night, on the eve of my birthday, at that beautiful theater at the Centro Asturiano de Tampa, with a full house and an incredible performance, my dream co-stars sang Happy Birthday to me. For me, there is no better way to celebrate than on stage," the actress wrote on Instagram alongside the video of this special moment.
"Thank you to everyone who has accompanied me on this adventure and throughout this longer journey we call life," she added in the post.
One of the congratulatory messages she received through social media came from fellow Cuban actress Blanca Rosa Blanco, who shared two photos of them together and a scene from the telenovela "Las huérfanas de la Obra Pía" in which they both participated.
This Saturday, Susana turns 72, yet she still retains the beauty that won over so many through film, television, and theater, and above all, her love and passion for acting.
