Telecommunications Company of Cuba S. A. (ETECSA) is a state-owned company of the Cuban government and is the only company authorized to provide telecommunications services in Cuba. Its exclusivity makes it a monopoly in the telecommunications sector.

The company ETECSA faces ongoing criticism for the excessive prices of international calls, both incoming and outgoing from the country, as well as for Internet access.
