Chocolate MC is out of jail and denies rumors circulating on social media.

"I haven't given interviews to anyone, I haven't gone to anyone's house, nor have I called anyone except my family, don't be fooled," the reggaeton artist assured in a post on his girlfriend's Instagram.

After two and a half months in jail, Chocolate MC is free and through his girlfriend Hany Díaz's Instagram account, he sent a message to all his followers denying the information that has been circulating on social media since July 26.

"Good day to everyone, dear audience, first of all, I want to thank the people who supported me today at my event, to all the fans who were present, to my family and my true friends who once again gave me the opportunity to know who they are, thank you," is read in a text in Hany's Instagram stories.

"As you already know, I am now free, but several people pretending to be my friends have been uploading old videos and interviews. I have not given interviews to anyone, I have not gone to anyone's house, nor have I called anyone except for my family. Do not be fooled, as everything they have published today is to create content. At the right time, I will give my first statements, and it will be in an official and very professional manner," assured the reggaeton artist after his release from prison.

Chocolate asked his fans to stay tuned to the social media of his partner, his godfather, or his sister, and clarified that everything said outside of these profiles is false.

On Friday, videos of the supposed release of Chocolate from jail began to circulate on social media, but they are old images.

According to Un Martí To Durako, the singer not only paid the bail but was also placed under house arrest, but Chocolate has not yet made any statements regarding this.

Yosvanis Arismin Sierra Hernández, the real name of the reggaeton artist, was arrested on May 10 under charges of “sexual assault without serious injuries, kidnapping, possession of firearms, aggravated assault, and sudden robbery.”

At the beginning of June, the artist appeared in criminal court, presided over by Judge Mindy S. Glazer, and was charged with threatening the Cuban influencer and musician Diosnel Martell while he was in a relationship with Hany Díaz.
