Truck remains suspended on its rear wheels at a traffic light in Havana.

A Russian-made GAZ truck was left suspended on its rear wheels at a traffic light in Havana, apparently due to an imbalance in the load it was carrying.

Images of the incident were shared by a user from the Facebook group 'Accidentes Buses & Camiones', who specified that the incident occurred "before the traffic light at La Palma," the well-known neighborhood of Marianao, in the Cuban capital.

The user did not clarify the reasons that caused such a strange image of the truck with its front wheels suspended in the air.

The most striking thing about the photographs is that, apparently, the truck did not tip to the point of resting on the rear part of the chassis or body, but instead came to an unusual balance, only supported on its rear wheels.

The image, more reminiscent of a circus act or an action movie, sparked a wave of comments in the mentioned Facebook group, many of which joked that the truck was getting ready to "take off" upon hearing the news that the United States was suspending humanitarian parole.

Other users, however, pointed to the possibility that the incident may have been caused by the imbalance created by a poorly secured load in the truck's cargo compartment.

The striking incident occurred after the serious accident that took place on Wednesday night between a passenger bus and a car, which left two dead and an undetermined number of injured in the province of Ciego de Ávila.

The truck driver, Hugo Triao -known as "Jugo"- was one of the fatal victims of the serious accident. His death left great consternation among the truckers of Santiago de Cuba.

The vehicle was from Mayarí Arriba, in the Segundo Frente municipality, where the victim apparently also resided. This Friday, a procession accompanied Triao's remains during the funeral in the II Frente municipality of Santiago de Cuba.
