Cuban explodes against those who rent efficiency in Hialeah: "They are abusers."

A Cuban went viral on TikTok after reporting the abuse of efficiency landlords in Hialeah, Florida.

A Cuban has gone viral on TikTok after sharing a video in which he lashes out at the owners of efficiencies in Hialeah, Florida, whom he brands as "abusers" for the injustices that, according to him, they commit against their tenants.

In the video, posted by the user @reinier_r.p, the man expresses his deep indignation upon learning of a case in which a young Cuban woman with two children is going to be evicted from her efficiency despite being up to date with her rent payments. The reason for the eviction, as the Cuban recounts, was that the woman was spending "too much time" in the place after having lost her job.

"If I pay the rent, what do you care if I'm there all day," he exclaimed in the Cuban video, pointing out what he considers an abusive behavior by the landlords.

The situation has generated even more outrage in the man because, according to his words, the owners who commit these abuses are also Cuban. "They are always abusing, and the worst part is that they are your own people," he added.

The TikToker also emphasized that this type of abusive behavior seems to be common in Hialeah, a city known for its high concentration of Cuban residents. "Stop the abuse and the shamelessness, because the only place this happens is in Hialeah, and the worst part is that they are Cubans," he concluded.

This type of complaints about efficiency rentals in Hialeah is not new. The area has been the subject of multiple complaints regarding the conditions and high prices that are often charged for these homes, mostly small rental units that are attached to a main house.
