A Cuban woman currently in the United States under the immigration process known as I-220A shared her experience this Monday on TikTok about her most recent appointment with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at the office in Miramar, Miami.
"Today, June 10, 2025, I went to my appointment with ICE at 2:00 PM. I entered, checked in, and I'm already on my way out," explained the user identified as @lianetreyes08 in a video.
According to the account, the procedure has changed and is now fully automated. "When you check in, you need to enter your Alien number, and the system displays your information. If there are no issues, they print a small slip and give you an appointment for the following year," he indicated.
The young woman assured that there were no setbacks in her case. “I entered for five seconds, checked in, and received a receipt. My next appointment is on June 10, 2026,” she added.
He also encouraged other Cuban migrants facing the I-220A process not to be afraid. "Don't be afraid at all, everything is calm. Good afternoon to everyone and blessings," he concluded.
