A 30-year-old man, originally from Hollywood, Florida, died on Saturday night after being struck by two vehicles while attempting to cross the toll highway on foot, near mile marker 251, close to State Road 417, in Orange County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the tragic accident occurred around 9:00 p.m., when the man suddenly emerged from the edge of the woods and ran into the southbound lanes of the highway.
