The creator of TikTok @papa44646 showed in a video how his home looked after being ransacked while he was away for work.

The young Cuban known on TikTok as @papa44646 reported that all his appliances and belongings were stolen from his home in Kansas City, United States.

"Check this out, everyone. I thought this was going to happen to us in Cuba. Look, it's not just in Cuba, look at this, look at this. Check this out. Look, don't miss this," he says before showing the rooms.

I went away for a few days to work elsewhere, and now I return to find the house in disarray. Look at that: cold, television, kitchen, all brand new. They didn't even give me time to use it, unbelievable,” she recounted in the video posted on her account.

In the images, which last less than a minute, the man can be seen showing the almost empty house. He explained that he had barely had time to use the equipment when the robbery occurred.

The post sparked hundreds of comments and ignited a debate about safety and the use of social media to showcase private life. Many users warned about the risks of announcing absences online: “That happens when you spend every minute on social media, saying where you are, and thieves are watching.” Others pointed to a possible close circle: “Your own acquaintances, investigate,” “That was someone from the friend group, it’s always someone who knows you.”

The creator himself confirmed in responses to users that the incident took place in Kansas City and that there were no longer security cameras in the home. Several advised him to purchase insurance and install alarms connected to the police.

It is not the first time that a Cuban has gone viral on social media. Last March, he showcased his challenge to remodel a house in just one month, where he showed on TikTok how he transformed a home in terrible condition. “Check this out. This house, the floor, the kitchen… It looks like a haunted house. I have to do it all by myself, and they gave me a month. Let’s see if I can pull it off,” he said at the time.
