Although the official information initially reported one deceased worker and two injured, new accounts indicate inconsistencies in the number and condition of the injured.

Official sources, along with family and friends, have identified the deceased as Derlis Machado Terrero, a young security worker at the center. According to information shared by the profile associated with the Ministry of the Interior Fuerza Pueblo, Derlis did not die at the scene, but rather at the Arnaldo Milián Castro Hospital, known as Nuevo, where he was taken after sustaining a stab wound to the face and a severe blow to the liver that proved fatal.

This level of detail had not been reflected in the initial reports, which only confirmed the arrest without specifying the circumstances.

"I never imagined it would be our goodbye. The moment your heart stopped beating, mine raced. The pain I feel remains intact; I carry it within my soul, stored in a crystal box, and it shatters every time I remember. Days, months, and years will pass, and your absence will continue to hurt like it did on the first day."
