The Guantánamo Temporary Work Group has suspended the Agricultural Fair scheduled for this Saturday and reorganized the sale of products in markets and locations throughout the city to protect the population in light of the threat of heavy rains associated with a tropical wave moving through the eastern Caribbean.

As a result, the collection and sale of agricultural products began on Friday afternoon at various markets in the city, including La Acelga (Reparto Obrero), El Cebollín (San Justo), La Lechuguita (Caribe), and El Progreso (Sur Isleta), among others, reported through Facebook by the pro-government account Guerreros del Guaso.

As for the fish market, shrimp and croquette dough will be sold at establishments on Carretera and Pedro A. Pérez, Reparto Obrero, El Guararey, Caribe, El Progreso, and La Yuca in Sur Hospital.
