Dr. Gretter Robaina Rodríguez, deputy director of the Comandante Faustino Pérez Hernández Provincial Hospital, explained that of the six adults treated, five had minor injuries and were monitored for 24 hours before being discharged.

An elderly adult remains hospitalized in the intensive care unit, after undergoing surgery for abdominal and thoracic trauma. Their condition is critical, and they are under the care of a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
