"That's what a gym is like in Cuba," said the user identified as anita.cubanita64, while showing in a video several weight machines and other strength training equipment.

According to his explanation, unlike many gyms in the country that often have only "weights and a few machines," this center offers more comprehensive options for those looking to train regularly.

The young woman explained that the place allows for payments to be made both monthly and daily. In her case, she chose the monthly option at a cost of 14 dollars.

He also noted that there is an instructor at the gym responsible for guiding beginners through their exercise routines, which he deemed essential for those who have never trained before.
