Cuban chef Ariel Patai continues to gain recognition in the Canary Islands, where his culinary offerings at Patai Beach Club in Fuerteventura have captivated both locals and visitors.

His talent caught the attention of the popular Spanish blogger "Cenando con Pablo," who visited the Cuban's restaurant and was impressed by the quality and flavor of his dishes.

During his visit, the critic sampled a creamy rib chop rice, a dry Cuban lobster rice, grilled carabineros, and a dessert of pistachio cheesecake, highlighting the chef's technique and balance of flavors.

Ariel acknowledged that he felt somewhat nervous about the visit, but the excellent review from the blogger was a confirmation of his growing success.

More than just a beach bar, Patai Beach Club is a tribute to traditional cuisine and local products in the Canary Islands.

The Cuban chef has made his cuisine a celebration of natural ingredients and traditional cooking methods. His specialty is rice dishes, and his signature paella, inspired by the Valencian version with a Caribbean twist, is already beginning to gain fame on the island.
