A Cuban identified as Yandry García reported on TikTok the devastating condition in which his home in Florida was left after renting it to a tenant who, according to his account, failed to pay rent for several months and ultimately left the house in a deplorable state.

"They destroyed our house in Florida. The tenant didn't pay for several months, and under these conditions, they left the house we worked so hard for. This is what happened to me," García wrote alongside the video that quickly went viral on the social media platform.

In the images, the Cuban shows rooms filled with trash, broken curtains, a bathroom in terrible condition, and floors covered in dirt. According to what he reported, the tenant kept about 30 dogs inside the house, which caused an unbearable smell and significant damage to the property.

"The stench in here is unbearable. Look at what this man has done to my house; he never changed the air conditioning filters. I don't understand how a human being can live like this," said the affected individual as he walked through every corner of his home, showing the damage.

García also explained that the tenant was evicted by the sheriff the previous day, following a lengthy legal process. In the video, he asks his followers to pray for him and his family, as they have had to take on the mortgage payments while dealing with the loss and repair costs.

"This hurts because one works hard to have a roof over their head, and for someone to come and destroy it like this is very sad," concluded the Cuban.

The case has sparked outrage among his followers, many of whom expressed their solidarity and shared similar experiences with irresponsible tenants.
