An emotional video shared on TikTok by the user @yilian0424 has touched thousands of people by showing the moment her father, who lives modestly in Cuba, receives a new refrigerator sent by his daughter from abroad.

"Christmas came early for my dad. God bless him always," the young woman wrote in the video, which shows how the appliance arrives on a delivery motorcycle at a country house, while the man watches, amazed and smiling with happiness at the gift.

The video, filmed in a rural area of the island, shows the father's joy upon receiving the appliance, a difficult item to obtain in Cuba due to high prices and scarcity.

Her face reflects the emotion of a gesture that goes far beyond an object: the love and sacrifice of a daughter who, from afar, seeks to ease her family's hardships.

In the comments, hundreds of users celebrated the gesture and shared messages of empathy:

"What great happiness it is to be able to help your own. What part of Cuba is that place?" wrote a person.

"That's when I always say that all the time away from them was worth it, despite the sadness of missing them and having decided to leave a country that condemns you to a lifetime of extreme poverty. Congratulations, darling, I know what you feel every time you help your loved ones," commented another user.

"May God bless you every day so you continue giving your best to your parents," added an internet user.

The clip has gone viral on TikTok and other social media platforms, serving as a reminder of the sacrifices that thousands of Cubans make abroad to support their families amid the deep economic crisis facing the island.
