Cuban actress Amalia Gaute moved her followers by sharing an emotional video of her reunion with her dog after more than three years apart.
"Well, today is a very important day because today I will see, after three years, four months, and seven days, a person who means a lot to me, and I am a little nervous and happy," Gaute expressed in the video posted on TikTok before experiencing the long-awaited moment.
In the images, she is seen kneeling on the floor of a Miami airport, tenderly hugging her pet and kissing it repeatedly, while the animal, visibly excited, wags its tail and seeks out her face.
In sharing the video, the actress wrote: “There are reunions that restore your soul. Welcome home, my Gru,” reflecting the immense emotional weight of the encounter.
The video, which quickly went viral on social media, has received thousands of comments from fans celebrating the reunion and highlighting the bond between the artist and her dog.
