A video shared on TikTok moved thousands of users by showing the reaction of a Cuban returning to the island after six years.

In the recording, the man is seen sitting on a plane, visibly emotional, with tears in his eyes, while the text on the image reads: "This is how it feels to arrive in Cuba after six years."

The moment, posted by the user @orevilla66gmail.com, reflects the blend of joy and sadness that many Cuban emigrants experience when reuniting with their homeland after so long away from their families and roots.

"Bro, if God permits, I will go in 2027. I know it's still a long way off, but I already dream of that day. Just hugging my parents will make me the happiest person in the world," wrote one of the netizens moved by the scene.

Another commented: “I felt your tears, I have been away for 25 months and have no idea if I will ever be able to return. I dream of that landing.”

Among the hundreds of messages the video received, the wishes for blessings and the empathy of those who share the same nostalgia for Cuba stand out.

"Congratulations, Cuban. Thousands of blessings," wrote another user, while someone else added, "There is nothing and no one in the world like us. What a way to suffer and cry. Blessings, brother."

The video, recorded inside an airplane shortly before landing, has gone viral on social media for depicting a common reality among Cubans who have had to emigrate: the pain of uprooting and the unmatched emotion of returning to the country where they were born.
