The year 2025 will say goodbye with Cuban rhythms in Miami. The duo Gente de Zona will be part of the impressive lineup for “The Countdown Miami 2026,” a new mega free event that promises to revolutionize New Year's Eve at Bayfront Park, in the heart of Downtown.

The show, which will begin on December 31 at 5:00 p.m., will feature major international stars such as Nicky Jam, Flo Rida, Toño Rosario, and Marshmello, in an evening that will blend reggaeton, merengue, pop, and electronic music with the unmistakable flavor of Cuban music.

With the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay as a backdrop, the event will feature fireworks at midnight, food and drink stations, and VIP areas with open bars and preferred access. Everything indicates that it will be one of the largest New Year's celebrations in the United States.

For Gente de Zona, it will be a special way to close out a 2025 filled with projects and to keep their connection with the public in Miami alive, a city they consider their second home.

The other big name of the night, Nicky Jam, also arrives at a high-profile moment: the artist has just hinted at his upcoming collaboration with the Cubans Charly and Johayron, a track titled “Magia” that is already causing a stir on social media and promises to be one of the most anticipated releases of 2026.

"The Countdown Miami 2026" will not only bid farewell to the year but will also celebrate the union of cultures and sounds that define Miami, a city where Latin music always sets the rhythm.
