What began as a joke that sparked laughter and memes now has a new twist. The Cuban influencer Brayan “El Joker” confessed that Alexander Delgado, leader of Gente de Zona and father of Kuki Delgado, blocked him on social media after the inappropriate comment that went viral in December.

During his participation in the reality show El Rancho de Destino, El Joker spoke with La Diosa about the episode that, as he admitted, hurt him more than many imagined. "Alexander, who is my friend and whom I care for, blocked me," he said, making it clear that there was no ill intent behind his words.

The content creator explained that his phrase —an improvised joke during a live session with Kuki— was said without thinking, in a moment of trust. “I say things playfully, without malice. But I realized that it was not appropriate and I apologized,” he assured. He also mentioned that he wrote to both Alexander and Kuki to apologize personally.

However, The Joker said that he believes the Cuban singer's reaction may have been amplified by others. “Sometimes there are people around you who inject their feelings, and that wasn’t the intention,” he remarked sadly to La Diosa. “I wrote to him right away. It wasn’t my intention, but sometimes one says things without realizing they can affect others.”

"We all make mistakes, and I have learned to understand people with their virtues and flaws, because I have them too," he reflected at the end. "Life goes on, I was mistaken."
