Destino Tolk became a trend again after responding live to a comment from Miguelín, who apparently mocked the reality show El Rancho de Destino by comparing it to a “Temu version” of the popular Dominican project La Casa de Alofoke. The insinuation did not go unnoticed and provoked a direct response from the show's host.
While visiting the house where the reality show is filmed, Destino decided not to leave the matter hanging and delivered an unfiltered message. “Miguelín, you are envious. You love to throw stones and hide your hand. Learn to have courage and face the consequences when you throw. Don't back down like a coward,” he began, visibly upset.
The creator, known for his straightforward tone, insisted that his success has stirred jealousy among some colleagues. “I like you, I swear, but you’re envious. You’re drowning in envy over the success I’m having. Get inspired. Bring a project to your investors; if Destino could do it, so can you. It’s not a bad thing, bro, you should celebrate my success,” he added.
Destino went above and beyond, defending the magnitude of his reality show, asserting that there is a huge team working behind the program. "There are about 50 people here who need to bring food to their homes. Wishing harm on someone who is struggling is not right. If my house is Temu, make yours Amazon Prime. The only person who can stand up to me in this city is Otaola, because he can handle the pressure,” he added, in front of the contestants.
After the wave of comments generated by Destino's intervention, Miguelín responded in a more relaxed tone on his social media. “You gave me an Alofoke and a husband of Valka,” he wrote, alluding to other jokes from the host. “Today they told me not to take things personally, that it’s all content. I know that. It seems we have a love-hate relationship. Just yesterday I was sending superchat to support Kenny.”
The exchange between the two quickly went viral on social media. The truth is that, with only a few days on the air, El Rancho de Destino is already generating buzz — and it seems this is just the beginning.
