The Cuban manicurist Yaile Hernández Cue, known on Instagram as @yaicue, has gone viral with a video showcasing the impressive "before and after" of a pedicure for her "beautiful client," who arrived at the salon with completely dirty feet and long, broken nails.

In the video titled "Simple Pedicure," Hernández Cue shares his step-by-step process with a touch of humor and exaggeration that has sparked a wave of comments on social media.

Jokingly, the Cuban even appears pouring a generous stream of bleach into the water "to ensure proper cleaning of those feet," a gesture that users interpreted as part of the parody.

The post, accompanied by the message “If you liked it, leave me your comment; if you didn’t like it, leave me your like,” has garnered over 43 thousand likes in just 24 hours and has generated more than three million views, due to the contrast between the initial state of the feet and the final result, which features a nail design with gemstones and red flowers that leaves no one indifferent.

The followers' comments came in quickly. Some joked that the customer looked like she had “walked the Camino de Santiago barefoot” or that she had “been buried for a few days.”

Others humorously highlight the use of the brush "to style the hair on the fingers," the moment when the manicurist pulls out a "chicken scissors," or the supposed change in shoe size, "from 41 to 43."

"First, I turned back to see if I really saw bleach, then if it was scissors, and finally the nail design that I don’t even think it can walk," commented a user, laughing and summarizing the spirit of the video that combines disgust, surprise, and humor in equal parts.

The Cuban, residing in the United States, has carved out a niche on social media with her spontaneous videos and laid-back style, where she combines her talent in manicures with a distinctly Caribbean sense of humor.

Her "simple pedicure" is a scandal, and social media can't stop talking about it.
