The new CiberCuba application has achieved an important milestone just 24 hours after its launch: entering the top 100 in the News category in the iOS (Apple App Store) and Google Play app stores, in several of the leading Spanish-speaking countries and in the United States.

According to the official country rankings, the app quickly established itself among the most downloaded in key markets such as Spain, Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay, and the United States, confirming a strong initial reception from users.

In Spain, one of the most competitive markets for digital news consumption, the app reached the top 100 on both iOS and Android, surpassing downloads of traditional media with a long history. In the United States, the growth was also significant, reflecting the interest of the Cuban community and the Spanish-speaking public in a specialized informational platform.

The rapid rise in the rankings coincides with the launch of the CiberCuba App v9, which introduced a complete redesign, faster loading speeds, reduced advertising, a Pro version without ads, and new smart features aimed at enhancing the reading experience.

The simultaneous presence in the top 100 of multiple countries reinforces the international nature of the medium and solidifies CiberCuba as one of the leading digital platforms for information on Cuba, Cubans abroad, and regional news.

The CiberCuba team appreciates the support of its users and reaffirms its commitment to continue developing a faster, clearer, and more useful application, tailored to the needs of an increasingly diverse audience.
