The Cuban project Fuera de la Caja publicly denounced the visit of a supposed State Security agent to their home and stated that, despite the situation, they will continue to publish content.

“Let's continue making videos... that will not intimidate us, that will not silence us,” they said. The complaint was shared in a video on social media.

According to the testimony of the project members, the incident occurred this Wednesday at noon when a man arrived at their home and identified himself as "an agent of State Security, an agent of MININT."

He identified himself as Dainel Correa Quintana and claimed to have come under the "pretext" of conducting "a kind of census" of the people living in the building, something they regarded as "suspicious."

The whistleblowers explained that their father refused to provide information. "My dad refused to give any kind of information," they recount in the video.

They add that, before arriving at his home, the alleged agent passed by his grandmother's house and—according to his account—did so "posing as a friend," with the aim of locating where the young people would be.

The members of Fuera de la Caja assert that they anticipated an episode like this: “We knew this was going to happen, that the persecution would start at any moment,” and they maintain that expressing oneself does not constitute a crime: “expressing oneself is not a crime.”

At the end of the video, the young man thanks his supporters and asks them to share the report "so that it reaches more voices, more people."

The name of the project, Fuera de la Caja Cuba, alludes to the Anglo-Saxon concept of "thinking out of the box," which means thinking in a free, creative manner not constrained by imposed limits.

In the Cuban context, their call carries special significance: it invites breaking the mold of singular thinking, questioning official propaganda, and imagining a different country rooted in civic independence and the plurality of ideas.

In a society where dissent is still punished, "thinking outside the box" becomes an act of intellectual and moral resistance.

"Disagreeing is not a crime, especially not with a political project that has brought us so much misery," stated one of the participants, while other young people insisted that "no one will be silenced because we are all El4tico."

The collective 'Fuera de la Caja Cuba', with more than seven thousand followers on Instagram, has shared messages of support and denunciations of repression on the island in recent days.

In his biography, they quote a phrase from José Martí: "Freedom is the right of every man to be honest, and to think and speak without hypocrisy," a slogan that has gained strength following the arrests.
