The Russian Embassy in Cuba released a fee schedule for consular services, in which all fees are listed in United States dollars (USD), including passport processing, citizenship, civil registry, notarial acts, and visas.
The tariff also indicates that the consular fees are approved by the Government Resolution of the Russian Federation dated November 11, 2010, No. 889 and will begin to be charged starting from March 2, 2026.
The document organizes the fees by categories and breaks down, in some cases, the portion corresponding to the consular fee and the reimbursement of actual expenses.
Passports and identity documents
Among the first amounts listed are:
- Passport that certifies the identity of the Russian citizen outside the territory: 35 USD.
- Passport with electronic support: 90 USD.

- Electronic passport for minors under 14 years: 50 USD.

Requests for Russian citizenship

Civil registry
In civil acts, for example:
- Marriage registration (includes certificate): 30 USD.

- Ordinary visa for single entry (4–20 working days): 80 USD; (1–3 days): 160 USD.
- For U.S. citizens, ordinary single-entry visa (4–20 days): 185 USD (with internal breakdown in the box).
- Visa restoration: 39 USD (30 + 9).
