The mother of the Cuban content creator Anna Sofía Benítez Silvente, known on social media as Anna Bensi, attended an interrogation this Wednesday at a police unit in Alamar, Havana, after receiving a summons related to State Security.
The influencer informed on Facebook that her mother, Caridad Silvente (Cary Silvente), entered the police unit at 2:02 p.m. to respond to the summons.
"PAY ATTENTION, MY MOM JUST ENTERED THE UNIT," the young woman wrote on social media, confirming the start of the interrogation.

The photographer and creator of Christian content Iván Daniel Calás Navarro was the one who broke the news on the mentioned social network and added: “You are not alone. We are here now.”
Citation delivered by agents at your residence
One day earlier, Benítez reported that agents linked to State Security visited his home to deliver the summons, an event that was recorded on video and later shared on his social media.
According to the images shared by the young woman, a police officer dressed in civilian clothes and flip-flops arrived at the house, accompanied by another man who did not identify himself and remained turned away from the camera throughout the entire exchange.
During the conversation, the agent explained that the summons had been ordered by State Security and that the influencer's mother was required to present herself the next day at 2:00 p.m. at a police station.
"I have nothing to do with this, but Security is the one sending me to summon you for tomorrow at two in the afternoon," the officer can be heard saying in the video as he hands over the document.
Irregularities in the summons are reported
The young woman's mother questioned the procedure and pointed out that, according to current regulations, summonses must be delivered at least 72 hours in advance. Although she refused to sign the document, she indicated that she would indeed appear at the unit.
Benítez also stated that the document contained several irregularities, including:
The mention of a "Captain Alberto" without a last name.
A signature attributed to a "Captain Rafael."
Absence of the reason for the summons in the corresponding space.
Additionally, he assured that the men who delivered the summons arrived on a motorcycle with a license plate that could not be read.
"I'm not going to remain silent."
The influencer interpreted the summons as a form of pressure due to her activity on social media, where she often comments on the economic situation, daily life, and the lack of freedoms in Cuba.
“I know that you are looking for a justified way to come at me. I am not afraid of you, you do not intimidate me, and I will not be silenced, because I am simply exercising my right to express myself,” he stated.
Growing pressure against digital creators
Anna Bensi, a 21-year-old from Havana, has become known on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, where her videos about Cuban reality have gained significant traction and have even been cited by international media.
The summons for her mother comes amid other recent reports of pressure against the families of young content creators who are critical within the island.
Members of the digital project "Fuera de la Caja" recently reported that State Security agents intimidated the relatives of several of their members to warn them about their online activities.
“They want to imprison us and now they are using our families to threaten us,” said one of the young women from the project after sharing her father's testimony.
Activists believe that this type of action is part of a pressure strategy against a new generation of Cubans who use the internet to denounce the country's situation and express criticism of the government.
