The Cuban-American singer Willy Chirino posed a direct question to his followers that has sparked a wide wave of reactions. The artist once again shared on Facebook an image taken during his recent concert in Fort Myers, Florida, in which he is holding a sign that reads “WILLY THE NEXT ONE IS IN CUBA.”

In the text that accompanies the publication, he stated: “This photo troubled the ‘clairvoyant’ mafia so much that they managed, I don’t know how, to remove it from my page. And to continue troubling them, I’m putting it back up. Where does my people want me to hold my first concert after Cuba is free?”

The scene corresponds to a moment that happened during his performance at the Caloosa Sound Convention Center, where an attendee came up on stage to hand him the poster, in a gesture that captured the feelings of many present on a night marked by emotion.

That moment took place during a concert held as part of her 50 years of artistic career, in which, as seen in a recent performance in Fort Myers.

The show included songs such as "Our Day (It's Coming)" "Black Stockings," and "The Perfect Night." A few days earlier, Chirino himself had shared a photo taken in Havana with the phrase "It's coming," referring to one of his most well-known songs.

Following its most recent publication, dozens of followers responded with suggestions for possible venues in Cuba for that eventual concert.

Among the responses, three ideas emerge strongly: starting in Consolación del Sur —their hometown—, holding a major concert in Havana, or embarking on a tour across the country.

Many comments point directly to Consolación del Sur as the starting point: “The first one has to be in the park of Consolación,” “In the gazebo of the park of Consolación, your town has been waiting for you for a long time,” or “Your first concert should be in the gazebo of the park of Consolación.”

Other followers propose scenarios in the capital: "On the Malecón of Havana for all Cubans," "Habanero Malecón," or "In the Civic Plaza."

The concept of a national tour is also reiterated: "A tour across all of Cuba," "Throughout the island," or "A tour of the entire island."

In several messages, the symbolic component of the concert also appears, linked to the desire for freedom on the island and the reunion of Cubans inside and outside the country.

Although the artist has not provided specific details about the possibility of performing in Cuba, his question once again brings to the forefront a longing shared by many of his followers.
