Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira, who have captured hearts since they said "I do," have been the favorite topic on social media for weeks... and today they just gave us exactly the news we were waiting for.
The king of salsa and the Paraguayan model announced that they are expecting a girl, their second child together. The couple shared the news on social media with photos in which Nadia holds a pair of adorable pink shoes, because sometimes words are not necessary, right?
"A surprise full of love... God willing," Nadia wrote alongside the images, adding a pink heart that said it all.
And the photos couldn’t be more adorable: the whole family is shown wearing coordinated outfits in shades of blue aboard their private boat.
The sweetest part of the announcement is that it is filled with history. The pregnancy was made public on January 28, a date that coincided with the couple's third wedding anniversary. "Happy third anniversary!! What a great gift life has given us. God is great. Marquito is going to be a big brother," Nadia wrote on that occasion.
And speaking of Marquito — the little one who is almost three years old and has everyone smitten — he will soon know what it feels like to be the older brother of a princess.
The announcement fulfills a promise that Nadia made in February, during the backstage of Premio Lo Nuestro 2026, held on February 19 at the Kaseya Center in Miami, when she confessed that she still didn't know the sex of the baby but assured, "When I know, you will know too."
On that occasion, she also revealed that with her first child, they hadn't made any special announcement like, "With my first child, we didn't do any gender reveal... Marco was simply born." This time, however, she decided to share the moment with her followers, and she did so in grand style.
Nadia also dazzled at that gala showcasing her baby bump with seven different looks, confirming that pregnancy does not take away any of her spotlight on the red carpet.
The girl that is on her way will be Marc Anthony's eighth child, aged 57, who has children from previous relationships: Ariana and Alex with Debbie Rosado, Cristian and Ryan with Dayanara Torres, and twins Emme and Max with Jennifer López.
