The Cuban singer Thalia Lages, part of Velito El Bufón's team, has sparked a wave of reactions on social media after highlighting the stark contrast of her trip to Guyana for a recent concert.

Through her Instagram account, the artist shared a video comparing how the plane arrived in the South American country and how it returned to Cuba... and the difference did not go unnoticed.

In the outbound images, the plane appears completely full, with even standing passengers in the aisle and a chaotic atmosphere that many immediately recognized. However, the return was the exact opposite: a virtually empty plane, with entire rows unoccupied and a much more comfortable journey.

“How the plane got to Guyana” and “How the plane turned to Havana”, Thalia wrote about the video, letting the contrast speak for itself.

The reactions quickly multiplied. Many took it humorously: “The ghost plane,” “They must have stayed at the concert for sure,” “Did they leave in an Uber?” or “No going back, not even to gain momentum,” commented some users.

Others went further and left readings filled with irony: "Most didn't find their way to the airport," "None of those who went returned," or "Everybody's headed to Brazil," referring to those who continue their migratory path.

But there was also room for more serious comments: "One laughs, but that hurts" or "Sad reality," reflecting a truth that goes beyond the joke.
