The regime's spokesperson Michel Torres Corona has once again attacked Sandro Castro, this time invoking the Cuban Constitution to support his criticisms of Fidel Castro's grandson following the controversy generated by his interview with CNN.

Torres posted on an excerpt from Article 4 of the Constitution, which establishes the irrevocable nature of the socialist system and legitimizes the right to combat those who attempt to change the political order in Cuba.

The message is interpreted as a direct response to the statements made by Sandro Castro, who recently declared himself openly pro-capitalist and questioned Miguel Díaz-Canel's management, sparking an intense debate on social media.

The controversy began when the pro-government program Con Filo avoided commenting on the interview with Fidel's grandson, which sparked criticism from users who pointed out a double standard in the treatment of figures close to power.

Under pressure, Torres posted on his personal profile a video clip that was not aired on television, where he criticized Sandro Castro for attacking the system from a position of privilege.

In that material, the presenter questioned how someone "whose only merit in life is having been the fastest sperm" could criticize the government and deny the socialist Constitution, in a tone that revealed tensions within the official discourse.

The new message, focused on the constitutional text, reinforces the ideological line of the regime and makes it clear that criticisms of the system, even from figures associated with the elite, remain a highly sensitive area in Cuba.
