The Cuban entrepreneur Alejandro Fernández, identified on Instagram as @alef3rnandez, opened the doors of his mansion in Texas to real estate influencer Robert Sielmann, during a tour that included secret hallways, a zip line, a basketball court, a Lazy River, and a buggy ride through the woods.
The property, valued at $3.3 million, sits on 10.5 acres of land and still has unfinished details. "It is still under construction and I haven’t even owned this house for a year," the host admitted during the tour.
The tour began with one of the property's most surprising features: a wall that is actually a hidden door.
"It seems to be the wall, but you lift here and you can go up," explained the Cuban, also revealing a hidden hallway that leads to an entertainment room where he watches UFC and boxing with his family.
The patio was another major highlight of the video. "The patio is my thing. I never thought in my life I would have a Lazy River," confessed the Cuban who is involved in mortgage lending.
The mansion features a basketball court and has a stable with a horse and other animals. Alejandro is a fan of extreme thrills and even has a zip line at home. To prove to Sielmann that it was safe, the Cuban went first.
"I'll go first, so you can see that nothing is going to happen to you at all," he said playfully, and leaped from a great height.
The tour didn't end there. The host took the influencer to explore the surroundings of the mansion in an all-terrain buggy. "This is the car that never dies," he said while driving through the hills with Sielmann as a passenger.
Robert Sielmann, a luxury real estate agent based in Miami and originally from Barcelona, highlighted in the video description the price contrast between markets.
"Today I will show you what you can get for 3.3 million dollars in Texas. In Miami, it would cost over 10 million." A difference that illustrates why more and more high-net-worth buyers are looking towards other states.
This type of content, where successful Cubans showcase their luxurious properties, has generated a significant following within the Cuban-American community.
Previous cases such as that of Ismael Cala, billionaire John H. Ruiz or a Cuban entrepreneur in Miami have followed the same format with significant impact.
At the end of the video, the owner of the mansion left a direct message for those watching: "I advise you to work hard and stay very disciplined. That way, you'll go far."
