The Cuban singer Velito El Bufón shared a very intimate video on his Instagram stories with his new partner, Paula Martínez, a young blonde who works as cabin crew, in which he left nothing to the imagination.
The material, without any verbal narration and only accompanied by background music, showcased kisses, caresses, hugs, gift flowers, romantic scenes, and the couple sleeping cuddled in bed, with the text "I love you" superimposed over the images.
The scenes, captured in what appears to be a tropical setting and a hotel room, are another confirmation of the romance, a relationship that has been rumored since March 2026, when both were seen together in Spain.
The publication came at a particularly charged moment, just a day ago it was Thalía's birthday, his ex-partner and mother of their two children, amid a controversy that has been ongoing since February, when Thalía announced the breakup just 11 days after giving birth to their second son, Thiago.
That same day, Velito addressed the criticism and urged everyone to "stop the gossip," assuring that they had been separate for almost six months and that he was "super happy" that Thalía was also rebuilding her life.
The musical context adds another layer to this story: Velito premiered "Cuidámela" alongside Dany Ome and Kevincito El 13, a song that his fans interpreted as dedicated to Thalía, with lines like "I know I hurt you by swimming with other fish... but I wish you happiness, if in the end, you deserve it."
On social media, songs about breakups have earned him the nickname "the Shakiro of Cuba", in reference to Shakira and her songs following her separation from Gerard Piqué; and to make matters worse, Velito released a preview of his upcoming song, "I Miss You," this week, and everyone thinks it’s dedicated to his ex.
