The Cuban actor Mijail Mulkay is celebrating his 52nd birthday this Monday with an emotional surprise organized by his children, who traveled to Miami to be with him on this special day.

It was his eldest daughter, Camila Bordón Arenal, who documented everything in a video posted on Instagram along with a "we love you" for her father.

In the clip, Camila excitedly narrates the entire journey with her younger brother, Samuel Lozano Bordón, to surprise their father, who had no idea about the surprise that awaited him.

Camila also publicly thanked those who made the surprise possible: singer and actress Olga Thomas, Mulkay's wife; Elizabeth Rodríguez; and Teatro Miami, the cultural space that the actor co-founded with his current partner.

While waiting in the theater, Mijail had no idea that when the curtain rose, he would find his children on stage. The surprise was more than evident, and as soon as he had his children in his arms, tears of pure emotion and joy appeared.

Camila is the daughter of Mulkay and the Cuban actress Jacqueline Arenal, while Samuel was born from his relationship with the Colombian actress Alina Lozano.

Mulkay, born in Havana on April 20, 1974, is one of the most recognized Cuban actors in the exile community in Miami. This year, he co-founded El Teatro Miami with Olga Thomas, which officially opened its doors last February with the play "El gran circo Maravillas cierra por fin sus puertas," written by Abilio Estévez, directed, and starring him.
