The Cuban influencer Flor de Cuba has finalized the purchase of her first property in the United States, a milestone that she celebrated with excitement on her social media from a real estate office in Miami.
"Our first house in the United States. I can't believe this is real, someone pinch me. Today, April 20, 2026, we achieved something we never imagined," she wrote on Instagram, where she thanked the real estate agent.
In a video shared on her stories, Flor Danay couldn't contain her emotions as she recalled her roots: "Who would have told that little girl from Centro Habana, from the propped-up building, where the urine fell, that she would be in Miami closing on the purchase of her first home?"
"Here is my husband. Well, your child was born blessed. How lucky he is. Your child has a house, a house in the Dominican Republic, a house in Miami, and is American," said Flor Danay in the video, referring to her baby on the way, whose pregnancy she announced on April 14.
The influencer arrived in the United States in June 2024 with just 200 dollars. In less than two years, she became one of the most successful sellers on TikTok Shop, a platform where she has generated approximately 10 million dollars in gross merchandise value within six months, with personal earnings estimated at about 150,000 dollars for every million earned.
This purchase in Miami adds to a streak of accomplishments achieved in a short time: in December 2025, she acquired a house for her mother in Cuba; in February 2026, she bought a three-bedroom townhouse with a pool in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; and just three days before the closing, last Friday, she received the Revelation Creator of the Year award at the TikTok Shop Summit.
