The Cuban influencer Flor de Cuba thrilled her followers by sharing on Instagram that she has fulfilled one of her greatest wishes: to buy her mother the house of her dreams in Cuba.
In a series of Instagram posts, Flor showcased the remarkable transformation in her life, from the half-collapsed building where she grew up to the modern home her family enjoys today.
"The dream of any child is to give their mother a worthy home... Thank you, my God, for allowing me to make it a reality," wrote the content creator alongside the images of the new home.
Flor recounted that she lived in that old house from the age of eight to eighteen, and that after much effort, she was able to improve her living conditions: “I grew up here from 8 to 18, I left, lost everything, and returned at 21. By 23, I managed to buy myself a small apartment, but my mom stayed there until she moved in with me. Now the story is different.”
The influencer also reflected on the symbolic value of change: “The change has not only been material; this great difference reflects everything I have healed and grown internally.”
The images depicted a modern two-story white house with a garden and large windows, symbolizing perseverance, effort, and familial love.
Her story has gone viral on social media, where hundreds of Cubans have celebrated her achievement and the heartfelt dedication to her mother.
